Endurance Race #1

This Saturday, May 11th is your chance to win our first Rock Kart endurance race of the season.  Teams of 1-10 drivers will compete in a 3 hour endurance race.  With 6 mandatory pit stops, larger teams will not be at a disadvantage.  There will be a 60 minute practice before the race, allowing teams to brush up on-track skills as well as pit stops.

Rotax rules update

This spring, Rotax announced the 2013 rules.  Among a few other things, there were new carb rules.  Due to parts unavailablilty, Rotax is changing back to 2012 carb rules for now.  We will be enforcing 2012 carb rules for the entire season, so you will know what to count on for the entire year.

Micro & Mini drivers earn a trip to Worlds!

As one of the qualifying tracks for the Rotax MicroMax & MiniMax Invitational race, we will be awarding a spot to our two fastest drivers.  We will count the best 4 of the following six dates, and take the driver with the highest points from each class.

An opportunity to see our drivers go to the World Finals is a great honor, and we look forward to the competition!

Rock Kart Sprints & Endurance Races

These events were huge last year, and we expect them to be even better this year.  Online event registration and final details are coming soon!

 

Sprint Races allow you to race our karts for the day, in 7 on track sessions.  Every driver gets one practice, qualifying, 3 heat races, pre-final, and final race.  At the end of the day, awards are given out for all three drivers weight classes based on finish position.  Beginners are always welcome, it isn’t hard to drive the kart, but it is VERY tough to win!

We'll be celebrating an incredible 2012 as well as kicking off an exciting 2013 this Saturday the 12th at the Silver Hawks stadium in South Bend. I'm really looking forward to the cool venue, and hope you come out too. Doors open at 2pm, and there will be appetizers, awards, and a cash bar.

Rock Kart World Finals! Sat September 29

It's that time of the year again, time to find out the fastest Rock Kart driver to walk the paddock!  Okay, so the name of the event is a little ambitious, but if you've been around to see some of the racing this summer, you know the front pack is pretty tight.

No matter your experiance level, come for a huge day in the karts.  We start with drivers meeting at 12:00, so be here a little early to check in.  Every driver will compete in all seven sessions for the day, including:

Labor Day, Club Race #8 and Drive Til You Drop Monday

Labor Day weekend is for spending time with family and friends, and many of us prefer to do that at the track!

We will have open practice and Rock Karts rentals available on Saturday the 1st, Club Race #8 on Sunday, and Drive 'til you Drop on Monday!

Drive Til You Drop allows unlimited Rock Kart, Spec Kart, or Rotax sessions from 10am - 5pm!  Come sign in and hit the track!

  • Rock Karts for $150/day
  • Spec Racers for $250/day
  • Rotax Karts for $350/day

 

Summer Rock Kart Endurance Race

Endurance racing is so addictive, we are doing one in August! We provide karts and safety gear, you bring the drivers!

Open to racers 12 years and older, we will have two weight classes to keep competition even.  Teams will weight their drivers, and fall into a class based on team average.
